Inquiries

After
checking the availability calendar to see if the dates you are seeking
are available, contact us via Email or phone for pricing or any
questions

Rental agreement will be Emailed upon
request for your review

We
receive many inquiries for properties which are just inquiries. We
cannot hold dates based on inquiries.
Reservations
-
Booking
dates are secured by a $200 reservation deposit on a credit card and a
signed copy of lease. We cannot and will not hold any dates
without a deposit.

Rental
agreement (which will be Emailed) must be signed and returned via fax or
Email within three days.

Rental
agreement must be signed and filled out in full including all names of
persons staying in unit (for insurance reasons)

A copy
of your drivers license must accompany the rental agreement (for
security reasons)
Payment options

Full
payment at time of booking on credit card

$200
deposit on credit card; balance due 30 days prior to arrival and
charged to card

$200 deposit on credit card; . Balance paid by personal check. A
deduction of 2% off balance is given if payment is received 45 days
prior to arrival

Directions, keys and information
All information regarding directions, keys, entry etc... will be Emailed
to guest after all rental fees are paid or
30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations
-
More
than 30 days prior to arrival there is a $100 cancellation fee and $100
is refunded to guest

Less
than 30 days prior to arrival date

Refunds
will be issued only if the condo can be rented to another party. In that
case, a refund will be made for day or days that we are able to rent the
unit to the other party, minus a $100 cancellation fee
Security deposit
Full refund if reservation is cancelled and security deposit has be
collected.
The security deposit is returned within 10 days after departure providing
there isn’t any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning expenses
incurred (excludes normal wear and tear). Replacement/repair and excessive
cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit and or billed to
the customers credit card if such abuse occurs. |
